Both grades are twisted from the same 100% natural coconut fiber and measured on the line with calipers before packing. Choose by the load your application has to carry.

Why buyers move off polypropylene.

Coir keeps its strength wet, handles salt, and breaks down into soil. On erosion and slope projects that is often written into the tender.

High tensile strength

The twist spreads load along the fiber, so it holds under weight, wind and water flow.

Biodegradable

It breaks down on site. Nothing to collect afterwards, and no disposal line in the budget.

Performs wet

Coir holds up in saturated soil, riverbanks and marine settings where other natural fibers rot away fast.

Diameter tolerance is where most coir rope contracts go wrong. We check on the line and weigh every coil before it leaves the floor, so the weight on your invoice is the weight in your container.

The questions buyers ask first.

What is your minimum order quantity?

One 40ft HC container is our standard export lot. We also consolidate smaller trial orders. Tell us your volume and destination and we will confirm what is workable.

Is the price ex-works or FOB?

The listed USD 0.56/kg is ex-works from our production site. Once we know your volume and destination we quote FOB Surabaya or Jakarta, or CIF to your port, with inland trucking, stuffing and documents included.

Can I get a sample before ordering?

Yes. We send a cut sample of both diameters so you can verify twist, diameter and fiber quality. Sample material is free; you cover courier.

How is the rope packed?

Standard packing is coils, weighed and labelled per coil. Coil weight and bundling can be adjusted to your handling requirements. Tell us what your line or warehouse needs.

What is your production capacity and lead time?

We ship multiple containers per month and hold running stock of coir yarn and rope. Typical lead time is 2–4 weeks from confirmed order, faster when stock covers your volume.

Which documents do you provide?

Full export set: commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, plus fumigation and phytosanitary certificates where your country requires them.
